大家好！
非常高兴，我能有这样的机会站在这里竞聘中教一级，也非常感谢xx老师主动给我一个轻松竞选的空间。
我喜欢老师这一职业，这是我的人生理想，因此当我从实现人生理想的那一刻起，就坚定了这一信念，终身奉行党的领导，遵照党的方针政策，于教育事业奉献终生，我无怨无悔。
我喜欢语文，自从xxxx年来到xx学校以来，一直从事着语文教学工作，语文教学拓宽了我的视野，增长了我的知识，更让我爱上了中国渊源流长的历史文化，也使我更加喜爱这一工作。
工作中，我尽职尽责严于律己，在新课程改革的大潮下，能较快的接受新思想，注重以人为本，注重学生素质的全面提高，努力创设愉悦的学习氛围，不歧视差生，关心爱护每一位学生，重视学生的思想意识的提高，注重其品德修养的形成，培养其健全的人格尊严。在教学中，不断学习科学理论知识提升自己，阅读课外书籍充实自己，抓住机会展示自己，勇于承担学校的教育科研任务，并能够出色的完成，这其中也使自己受益颇多。在实践中尝试，在实践中发展，使得我的`教育教学水平有了很大的提高。
xxxx年，由于学校工作的需要，接受了班主任工作，x年来苦心经营，终于新手送走了这一界在他人眼中无望的孩子，其中的辛苦自不必说，但结局是令人满意的，成绩虽不是很理想，但他们乐观、自强、勤劳，为人谦逊、善良、朴实，学会了生活，学会了感恩。x年中虽然总结了一些工作经验，但面对学生这些活生生的个体以及不断发展的社会，有许多问题值得探讨研究。
由于本人性格原因，在工作中多少有些不自信，这也是我在工作中的弱点，因此希望在今后的工作中，各位领导、教师能给予真诚的帮助。谢谢大家！
I have been in University for about one year. During my stay here, I came to realize that university life is like drinking coke. We experience all tastes of life here, sour, sweet, bitter and hot.
I am from Province, which is far away from here. I often miss my Mum, friends, and relatives in my hometown. However, I cant see them very often. So loneliness always keeps me company. I am sad that I cant be there with them.
Lucky for me, life in university is rich and colorful. With more free time,we can do many more things besides study, such as joining
societies clubs, and taking part-time jobs. Such activities not only make our life more colorful, but also help us improve all kinds of skills. The university is a society miniature, what we learn here will benefit our future life.
Our path in life will not always be smooth. Setbacks cant be avoided. Failing an important exam, break up with boy or girl friend, or refused by a promising company, such setbacks are likely to get us down. Sometimes we fell so frustrated that we even burst into tears. Drinkin coke is wonderful, despite the undesirble consequent hiccups. Its bitter, sour and peppery, but also sweet. And youll even feel excited after gulping down a glass. A college experience is part of growing up. We cry, smile, fall in love, get hurt, leave, learn and then we become a better person.
University life is like drinking coke. Im experiencing it. And I know, I enjoy it!
Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshneof the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our and life is. I have a short line of life.
What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future?
Where is our love, career, and life? Tell , it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

我是来自高( )班的，今天能够站在这竞选的舞台上，我感到十分荣幸。
我是一个活泼开朗的女孩，爱好广泛。我从小就接受的就是普通话教育，普通话基础比较好。而且我十分喜欢播音主持这个行业，从小就向往能成为一名播音主持人，我对校广播站也是有着一定的了解得，校广播站是宣传学校一个阵地，也是学校和同学之间交流沟通的一个平台，我希望自己能利用这个平台，通过我的声音报道发生在学校的人和事，宣传真善美，营造出健康、活泼、向上的校园氛围。
高尔基说：只有满怀信心的人，才能在任何地方都满怀着信心，沉浸在学习中、生活中，并实现自己的意志！我也希望能用我以前的经验和以后在学习过程中新的知识把播音员这一角色做好，充分发挥展示自己的特长，将学校的广播站办得有声有色，将最美的音乐、最棒的演讲、最有价值的新闻、最广博的知识送给亲爱的同学们！
亲爱的老师们，同学们，请把你们的掌声给我，把你期许的目光投向我。我对自己充满信心，请老师和同学们给我一个展示才华的舞台，我会让它变得更加绚丽多姿、精彩无比！
亲爱的老师、同学们：
讲文明是我们中华民族的传统美德。我们作为中华民族的后代，更应该做到讲文明。
有一天我和爸爸去超市购物，我无意中发现了一些不文明现象，一些人把自己的电动车停在了盲人道上，我想如果盲人沿着盲人道走过来，不仅会把车子撞倒，盲人也会跌倒摔伤。他们是一些不文明的人，做了损人利己的事。这时就会有一些热心人把车子给挪开，这样就会避免盲人撞到车子了。
有一天我到公园里玩，一踏进去我不禁感到了文明的气息。那里的花草茂盛，没有被踩踏的痕迹，每天早晨勤劳的清洁工就会把垃圾清理干净，整个公园的空气就会变得非常新鲜。可我发现有一个拐角处特别脏，垃圾丢的到处都是，散发出浓浓的臭味。这时，我看到从不远处走过来一位清洁工阿姨，她们手里拿着扫把，把那里打扫的干干净净，我看到她们打扫完之后满头大汗。我想：这就是文明的人，他们无私奉献，不要求回报，如果我们都像她们一样无私奉献，那么我们的家园就会变得更加美好。
文明就在我们身边，我们要从自己做起，从身边的小事做起，做一个文明人。
敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
今天，我们迎来了学校的运动节。今天的同学们摆脱了平时沉重的书包，个个换上了精神的运动服。首先我们开始是走方阵，初一的十五个方阵里的同学都着装统一，站立整齐，那响亮、整齐的口号声，更显示出他们的朝气蓬勃。我所处的是彩旗方阵，我们举起那旗帜，在阳光映衬下，我们仿佛一支蓄势待发的军队在浩浩荡荡地前进着，景象异常壮观。在此之后，是文艺表演。跳舞的同学舞蹈中有他们的阳光，再加上那优美的舞姿，不禁令人赏心悦目。
这些其实只是运动会的前戏，现在才是正题呢！首先，开始的`是50米的跑步。运动员们个个燃起了斗志，视乎要争个你死我活。“开始！”那些同学们听到之后如同离弦的箭，“嗖”的冲了出去，在过程中，他们越跑越快，越跑越带劲，其中我班的何俊杰，他一点也不怕那些腿长的高个子同学，最终他得到了6秒7的好成绩，我们都不禁为他欢呼喝彩。在50米的结束之后，有进行了实心球的投掷比赛，这次还是何俊杰，他轻轻一掷，铅球在空中划出了一道优美的弧线，可以说投得又远，姿势又优美，最后投出8。4米，一个很好的成绩，随后的比赛里，运动员都大显身手，创造了一个个好成绩。
十点半了，我的比赛即将开始，我报名的是团体一分钟跳绳比赛。到了比赛场地，我的心格外紧张，虽然我在之前也做了许多的准备，但看到别的班的同学个个身轻如燕，跳得越发快速而轻盈，我还是不免担心能否发挥好我的实力，生怕一不留神，跳得让班级的成绩不高。终于到了我们班，我的脑子很混乱，不停告诉自己：“少失误，越快越好”。“开始！”我不管三七二十一，不停的跳着，没法也管他人，霎时，我觉得绳子在我手上晃如跳跃舞动的精灵，仿佛我在与它翩翩起舞。于是我跳得越来越快。终于结束了，我的手却累得抬不起来了，脚也似灌了铅，寸步难行。
后来的比赛，一个比一个精彩，而这次欢乐运动节也不知不觉拉上了帷幕。在这天中，我们体现了青春的速度，青春的活力，青春的激情，我们挥洒了汗水，因为充满活力的青春是最有意义的！
