First thing first, I gotta say,wow,its funny thing to be given a chance like be told,I really got a little bit nervous before I stand right here ,so called stage fright.If you look specifically on me .You may find my hands shaking,pretty assembles the guy who suffered from Pakinsons disease,and legs wobbling ,like I caught so-called ball leg. Okay,lets stop going around the bush and get back to my topic really like to talk a funny story I have just heard.
A lady called Lucy emigrated to United States several years spoken English is not that fluent .And one day,she is just sitting on the couch with his friends Mandy watching noise of bump had the attention of Mandy,which led her to go out of the house trying to figure out what had you imagine that Mandy go straight out with merely a Lucy shouted at her,"Lucy ,turn your clothes on." What suprised her most,beyond her wildest imagination, is that almost all the male in this country took their head out of the ,Lucy made a mistake here .The word spitted means Mandy is totally naked to the reason that male looked out of the right sentence shall be,"put your clothing on."The story inspires you to take a careful look on the vast difference between eastern and western culture.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshneof the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our and life is. I have a short line of life.
What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future?
Where is our love, career, and life? Tell , it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

大家好!
今日我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自我》。
著名的文学家托尔斯泰以往说过：“世界上仅有两种人：一种是观望者，一种是行动者。大多数人想改变这个世界，但没人想改变自我。”想要改变现状，就要改变自我;要改变自我。就得改变自我的观念。一切成就，都是从正确的观念开始的。一连串的失败，也都是从错误的观念开始的。要适应社会，适应环境，适应变化，就要学会改变自我。
柏拉图告诉弟-子自我能够移山，弟-子们纷纷请教方法，柏拉图笑道，说：“很简单，山若可是来，我就过去。”弟-子们一片哗然。
这一个世界上根本就没有移山之术，唯一的一个移动山的方法就是：山可是来，我便过去。同样的道理，人不能改变环境，那么我们就要改变自我。
一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每一天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。
小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，我们能够想办法去征服风。”
于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想，想了半天最终想出了一个办法，他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的清水，然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天，天刚蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐，没有一个被风吹倒的，也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩开心地笑了，他对父亲说：“要想木桶不被风吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。
是的，我们不能改变风，改变不了这个这个世界上的许多东西，可是我们能够改变自我，给自我加重，这样我们就能够适应变化，不被打败!
在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里，英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话：当我年轻自由的时候，我的想象力没有任何局限，我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候，我发现这个世界是不可改变的，于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些，那就只改变我的国家吧!可是我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年，抱着最终一丝努力的期望，我决定只改变我的家庭、我最亲近的人——可是，唉!他们根本不理解改变。此刻我在临终之际，我才突然意识到：如果起初我只改变自我，之后我就能够依次改变我的家人。然后，在他们的激发和鼓励下，我也许能改变我的国家。再接下来，谁又明白呢，也许我连整个世界都能够改变。
人生如水，人只能去适应环境。如果不能改变环境，就改变自我，仅有这样，才能克服更多的困难，战胜更多的挫折，实现自我。如果不能看到自我的缺点和不足，只是一味地埋怨环境不利，从而把改变境遇的期望寄托在改变环境上，这实在是徒劳无益。
虽然我们不能改变世界，但我们能够改变自我，让我们用爱心和智慧来应对一切环境。
同学们，大家好。今天十分荣幸可以由我来为大家进行课前三分钟的演讲。
首先，我要给大家分享一句话。“我宁愿选择骄傲也不选择自卑。因为骄傲需要资本，资本需要积累，积累需要汗水，而自卑却什么也不需要。”这句话是我在看乔松楼将军在复旦大学演讲视频时偶然间听到的。
是的，今天我演讲的主题就是自信。
每个人的人生都并非一帆风顺，并非永无波浪的湖面。而是一场充满艰辛，坎坷，曲折，充满挑战与挫折的旅途。属于我们的每一个新的一天都是一次挑战。在迎接每日的朝阳时，我们需要足够的自信来克服遇到的困难。
爱因斯坦的“相对论”发表之后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人驳相对论》，网罗了一批所谓名流对这一理论进行声势浩大的挞伐。可是，爱因斯坦自信自己的理论必然胜利，对哒伐不屑一顾。他说：“假如我的理论是错的，一个人反驳就够了，一百个零加起来还是零。”他坚定了必胜的信念，坚持研究，终于使“相对论”成为20世纪的伟大理论，为世人所瞩目。
尊敬的老师，各位同学：
大家好！我演讲的题目是《位置和价值》。
一位少年公爵将一块宝石献给了女王。在年幼的他眼中这仅是一块很漂亮的石头。多年以后，昔日的少年已经长大，明白了那块稀世宝石的意义。当他再次见到女王时，他请求能欣赏一下宝石。女王欣然同意。公爵在欣赏完毕后，恭敬地将宝石举过头顶，单膝跪下向女王说道：“今天，我已不再是懵懂小儿，完全了解了这块宝石的价值。请允许我再次把它献给您，不作为儿童的玩物，而是作为一件稀世之宝，只有这样才能够配得上我对您的感激和尊重”。
同是一块宝石，在孩子眼中它仅是好看的玩物，在大人眼里却是稀世珍宝。由于在人们心中位置的不同，使它具有了两个相差无数倍的价值。而后者才是它真正应该拥有的价值。由此可见，事物的价值往往因其所处位置的不同而发生变化。
其实不仅事物的价值决定于所处位置，人亦如此。尽管常言道“三个臭皮匠顶得上一个诸葛亮”，可是要真让孔明成了鞋匠。而鞋匠成了军师，恐怕要出大乱。由于所处位置的不同，孔明不太可能成为—个优秀的鞋匠，而鞋匠带兵打仗也只会以失败而告终。
历史上有很多不适合君王这个位置的人被推上了舞台，结果使得国家灭亡、民不聊生，如文学家李煜、书画家宋徽宗等等。无疑，作为政治家的他们是失败的，而在其它位置上呢？他们却有着令人难以企及的成就。
无数鲜活的事例在告诉我们：正确的位置能够使我们实现价值。而现实生活中我们往往会遇到这样或那样的面具从而迷惑了我们的眼睛，此时我们需要的正是执着地揭开它寻找到属于自己的位置。
“天生我材必有用”，处于正确位置的我们才能够实现自身价值。
