We can do a lot in our daily life to achieve the goal of living low carbon life. First, we’d better turn off lights if possible and spend less time watching TV or surfing the Internet. 在活动现场,记者看到,很多人围在咨询台前,领取并填写《北京市居民节能减排问卷调查表》。其中的一道题是“您平均每天的肉类食用量是多少”,很多人选择了“5两以上”。现场工作人员介绍说,根据中国营养学会的调查,成人每天的精肉消耗量50克左右就已足够,粮食的生产过程同样会产生很多二氧化碳,而产出1公斤肉,就要消耗大约10公斤粮食。可见,目前我们很多人的生活方式既不健康,也不环保。
谈到问题的原因,来自活动主办单位北京环境科学学会的潘曙达理事长表示,现在人们对于节能环保的认识还是比较清楚的,而且在节水、节电等方面还有很多自己的发明创造。但在日常生活中真正能持续坚持下去的人,却并不是很多。比如,现在大家都知道“绿色出行”———能走路或坐公交,就尽量不开车,但在实际生活中,更多的人还是倾向于有车的方便。
参与活动的志愿者、来自中国矿业大学的包中碧认为,人们没有选择低碳的生活方式,一方面可能是因为不看重节省下的这点资源,比如我们常说的白炽灯换节能灯,虽然推广普及起来意义重大,但对单个家庭而言,一个月节省下的几块钱电费,并不足以引起足够重视;另一方面,现在对于节能减排的宣传教育,更多地是号召人们具有环保意识和责任感,而缺乏对人们自身的自觉性和积极性的充分调动。
对于如何让低碳生活走进千家万户,潘曙达说,政府推广绿色社区是一个有效途径。绿色社区在节能、节水、垃圾分类和绿化等方面都有着明确的标准,并经常进行环保的相关活动。现在各地都有绿色社区,在绿色社区中,会形成节能减排的氛围和环境,在提高人的自觉性的同时,对人们耗能和不环保行为也是一种约束;而且对周围的社区和家庭也能起到榜样带动作用。另外,还要继续加强相关方面的宣传,提高人们对低碳环保的认识。
一些参加活动的志愿者表示,宣传节能减排,不仅要让人们了解低碳生活的意义,还要将低碳环保和人们的生活紧密联系起来,让人们知道低碳和生活质量息息相关。比如我们都知道少使用一次性的筷子,可以保护许多树木免于砍伐。但如果我们知道很多一次性筷子卫生状况很差,会对健康造成威胁,相信会有更多人不会再选择一次性筷子。而每天走几次楼梯,不仅减少电梯的能量消耗,更重要的是锻炼了身体。
