Sunday is my lucky day. Today, I did encounter many good things, and I dont even know which one to choose.

7月30日星期天晴
今天，我和妈妈准备包包子，我们说干就干，一大早我们就准备了两斤面粉和一包发酵粉。
妈妈先把面粉里放了一点发酵粉拌匀，我就端来一杯水给妈妈和面，不一会儿，面粉就给妈妈和成了一个大面团。妈妈告诉我就这样放在那儿十几分钟就能发酵好了，就可以包了。然后爸爸就准备包子馅，他弄了一根胡萝卜、几根芹菜、香菇、葱和姜还有肉在绞肉机里绞碎，又放了点调料把肉馅拌匀。不一会儿，面粉就发酵好了，我就去看看，哇！发酵好的面粉都鼓了起来，里面像马蜂窝似的。我们立刻就包了起来，妈妈先把面弄成一小个一小个的，我就来帮妈妈擀一下包子皮，因为我家锅一次只能蒸十二个包子，我们就一次弄十二个，我擀皮子妈妈就包了起来，哎呦！妈妈包的包子还真的`特别像。等包子包好后，先把蒸锅放了半锅水，等水烧开后就可以放包子了，妈妈告诉我蒸十五分钟就行了，于是我就开始计时了，十五分钟不知不觉就到了，第一锅香喷喷的包子就蒸好了，我就立刻端去给爸爸店里的员工阿姨尝一下，阿姨都说味道蛮好的，还说自己做的干净卫生。后来我们又蒸了两锅才蒸完。
看到这么多蒸好的包子，里面也有我的功劳，妈妈就夸我帮了不少忙，叫我多吃点，我吃着自己做的包子香在嘴里，甜在心里。

Today, I went to wutong Mountain to participate in the wild survival adventure. Early in the morning, my good friend and I set out.

After completing these preparations, we started hiking. Half way up the mountainside, we saw a very beautiful lake with clear water. I happened to be sweating all over, so I took a water gun and jumped into the stream with a splash. The water was so cold that I felt so comfortable that I wanted to take a sip.

After walking out of the creek, we climbed a very thrilling path along ropes and vines before arriving at the built hiking trail and then heading home.

今天我去参加梧桐山野外生存探险，一大早，我和我的好朋友就出发了。
下车后，在山脚下，教练先带我们做热身运动，再教我们手部、头部、腕部受伤怎么包扎，还教我们包好头巾，再带头盔，然后给我们每个人都发了一个哨子，并教我们怎么发出求救信号，“三短三长三短”就表示求救的意思。
做完这些准备后，我们就开始登山了，登上半山腰就看到一个非常美丽的湖，湖水很清澈，在往上走一段路，就来到了今天活动的主要地点——一条清澈见底的小溪，还有大小不同、各式各样的石头。刚好我浑身都是汗，我带着水枪“扑通”一下跳进了小溪里，这水冰得我好舒服，我都想喝一口。
我们沿着小溪边走边进行着非常激烈的'打水仗游戏，水流有时很急，有时很慢，有的地方水很深，有的地方水很浅，我很兴奋，一边玩着，一边又担心有水蛇。
走出小溪之后，我们沿着绳索和藤蔓爬了一段非常惊险的路，才来到了修建好的登山道，然后就回家了。
虽然有点累，有点惊险，但是我下次还想再参加。

Since the Nanhu Cinema at my doorstep opened for business, my mother has been fond of booking tickets to watch movies at her place. I didnt originally want to go because after listening to my mothers brief introduction, I felt that it was similar to Animal World. But my mother likes to watch it and says that watching it in the cinema feels different from watching it on TV. Its boring for her to watch it alone. 自从家门口的南湖电影院开门营业后，妈妈就喜欢在它家订票看电影了，因为离家近，走过去不到5分钟的路，这不，今天又拉着我去看什么BBC制作的大型纪录片《地球，神奇的一天》。本来我是不想去的，因为我听了妈妈的简单介绍，感觉它与《动物世界》差不多。可我妈妈喜欢看，并说在电影院看与在电视上看的感觉不一样，她一人去看没意思。正好蔓琪妹妹在我家玩，妈妈干脆就带我们两个一起去看了。
坐在电影院的座位上，环顾四周，都是家长带小朋友来看。看来妈妈带我来看，是不好意思一个人看啊。不然在一群看电影的人中就她一个人不带小孩，自己来看真是很怪啊。我一边吃爆米花一边等影片开始。
周围的灯光暗了下去，影片开始了，它是以地球的一天作为主线开始讲述世界上一些动物或植物的活动和生长。我看着看着就被影片给吸引了。里面的每个画面我都觉得拍的好美啊。大熊猫憨态可掬，天上的云彩变幻万千，竹子生机勃勃的生长，非洲大草原上成千上万的.斑马在迁徙，冰川在融化崩坍，万物在太阳的移动中，发生着各种各样的神奇变化。
“地球上的每一天，值得我们用心去感受。”耳边传来成龙的配音。是啊，地球真是太美了。看完这部电影我感觉世界是那么大，自己是那么渺小。我很幸运我来看了这部电影，它值得一看。

周六早上，我去上数学班，感觉还挺有趣的。周日晚上我去上跆拳道，一直练绝招，实在是太没意思了。周一一早去画画，画了很长时间也没画完，接着就又去上作文课，而且下午还得写暑假作业，我感觉好累呀，不过幸好每周日妈妈休息时，都会带我和妹妹出去游玩兜风，这是我感觉最舒服的时候。
这就是我的暑假，累并快乐着！

Although my cycling skills have improved, I still cant ride too far, so we started analyzing the reasons for this problem again. My mother told me that this is because when I first started, I always lowered my head and forgot to control the direction. Moreover, after stepping on my right foot, my left foot couldnt keep up, and the bike lacked power, so I couldnt walk far. 今天，晴空万里，我早早地就把作业写完了，知道这是为什么吗？哈哈，这是因为妈妈答应我要教我学自行车噢！

听了妈妈的话，我明白了。这一次，我不再低头，两眼看着前方，双手控制好方向，两脚轮流一上一下，果然，车子骑的很远。哈哈，我终于学会骑车啦！

我的暑假生活就是妈妈给我报了一个补习班，在补习班里我学到了很多知识。上课的时候徐老师给我们讲的`很认真很仔细。有一天天气很热，老师还给我们买了大西瓜吃。到了中午的时候，老师已经把饭做好了，吃过午饭我们就可以好好的睡上一觉了。
休息了一会儿，我们又开始上下午的课了，我们下午上的是英语课，我心里非常激动。这是我第一次上英语课。我要认真的听老师讲，记住老师讲的内容，这是我最快乐的暑假。

最后我们还去了藏族，那里的阿姨给我们的讲解还真是令我们耳目一新、惊叹不已。在他们那里，最贵重的就是银子。女孩子在12、13岁的时候父亲都会亲手为她们打做一条漂亮的银腰带，这条银腰带贴在身上带可以帮助身体排毒，当毒素排到银腰带上变成黑色时，就可以把牙膏挤在布上，把毒素轻而易举的擦掉，然后就可以继续使用了。
当然我还学习了一招可以缓解身体上的疼痛或者缓解三高的方法。首先准备一个银碗，然后把煮熟的.两个鸡蛋的清扒开放进碗里，再放入四五瓣大蒜和两三片姜，最后把纱布套在碗上，把碗倒过来捂在疼痛的位置上，当碗里的东西变黑时就可以不再继续捂着了。可见银子真的很贵重，不仅可以当作挂饰好看，而且还可以缓解人们的疼痛、起到排毒的功效，难怪藏族人民都很看重银子。

玩，大家都知道，就是心无杂念。暑假七月底的时候，爸爸把我带到阿姨家去玩，玩了一个星期，爸爸才把我接回来。八月份中旬的时候，妈妈带我到湖州去找爸爸。那天，爸爸带我们去太湖玩，看到了冲浪，我和爸爸都想玩，可是妈妈不敢玩，所以我们就扫兴地回去了。第二天晚上，爸爸带我们去游乐场玩，我和妈妈玩过山车，妈妈说太刺激了，要不是爸爸喝了酒，我就和爸爸坐了。回去的时候，爸爸还让我买了肯德基带回去吃呢。
睡，人人都会。暑假的后几天我做完作业后，每天都睡上十二个小时以上，妈妈虽然不反对，但她每天都说我把头都睡扁了。嘻嘻。

我一听爷爷这么说，有点蒙了，问说：“什么，今天不是星期三吗，怎么会是星期四呢？”可爷爷斩钉截铁地说：“今天就是星期四，要不我打开手机日历给你看。”说着爷爷打开手机，翻出日历，我伸头一看，果然是星期四，我开心地说：“太好了，今天是星期四，不用上课啦。”爷爷说：“你确定今天不上课吗？”我自信满满地说：“是的.，今天是星期四，肯定不用上课。”爷爷听了我的话，立即就掉转车头，带着我回家了。
可我刚到家，刚进空调房，身上的汗还没有消失，妈妈的电话就打了过来，原来是老师见我今天上课没来，发了短消息问妈妈，妈妈当然要打电话回来问了呀，“今天要上课吗？我怎么不知道呢？”难道是我昨天没有听见老师的通知？唉，不管怎么说，还是赶紧出门去上课吧！到了老师家发现，他们正在默写昨天的上课内容，还好，来的不算太晚，赶得及上新课。

8月1日去姥姥家探亲，同妈妈，姥姥，姥爷，舅舅，舅妈，坦克弟弟共同度过了美好，难忘的9天暑假生活。曾去过龙首山，图书馆，莲花湖，如意湖，坐上了小船，在姥姥的镜头里留存了许多快乐，难忘的记忆。
妈妈的工作很忙，别看是在探亲休假期间，仍然经常用电脑工作到深夜，非常辛苦。又临时有一个去外地的工作任务等着妈妈去做，只好让我和爸爸一起在奶奶家呆几天，于是告别了姥姥当天去了奶奶家，和爸爸，爷爷，奶奶，大爷，大娘共同生活了半个月。
这期间，妈妈也许怕我想她吧，很少跟我打电话说体己话，只是偷偷地和爸爸通话，询问我的情况，更关心的是吃饭问题了！吃惯了在家里妈妈做的'饭，换个环境真的不习惯，没胃口，吃东西少当然也愁坏了姥姥和奶奶，她们拿我这个娇公主毫无办法，牵肠挂肚是当然的了！
快开学了，好几天没见到妈妈了，很想自己的小家，家的味道勾起了我的思乡情，本来妈妈打算从外地回家后再去奶奶家接我和爸爸，等不及了！听说妈妈22日能到家，爸爸开车直接带我回家了！经过几个小时的长途奔波，终于回家了！
走进家门看到了几天没见的妈妈，我们先是相拥而泣，继而又破涕为笑。我忘记了一身的疲惫，在妈妈的怀里久久地坐着，不愿离开！家的味道，妈妈的味道，爸爸的味道，我的小书柜的味道，家里一切的一切，都有我习惯的味道！真是再亲切不过了！我爱我家！我爱爸爸，妈妈，我爱牵挂我的亲人！
妈妈打开电脑，我和姥姥视频，姥姥知道我们一家人都已经平安回到了家里，一颗牵挂，久悬的心终于落了地！开学我就是二年级的学生了，新的生活又开始了......
My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays.
It is very beautiful there. There are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals kind people. I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. I wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

记得我十岁生日那天，我吃得开心，喝得也开心，可乐、果汁喝了个够。可是，因为我喝得太多了，最后……哎，这真是我人生最可悲的事啊。十岁了还尿床。

8月5日天气晴
今天，是我离开家来到夏令营的第三天。每天都在训练，跑步，站军姿。
盼呀盼，终于到了我们玩游戏的时间。教官定的游戏规则是：我们分成三个小组，每组派一名同学在起点处用盆子舀水，其他组员每个人拿一个管子，舀水的人把水倒入管子里，每人一个接一个拿着管子，直到走到终点把水倒入盆子里，再接第二次水。如果中途水漏完了，就得从头开始。哪个组先把盆子的水倒满，就算获胜。这个游戏是考验我们的团队合作精神，是否团结一致，是否密切合作、服从指挥，动作是否协调一致。
大家纷纷走入队伍按照教练的指示开始游戏，但是东倒西歪的`，不合节奏，水很快漏完了。返回取水途中，一名队员跑太快了，导致水又全部漏了。我们组刚开始第三次，走着走着，又有一个同学管子掉了，而其他组都进水两次了。我们不禁心急如焚，又开始下一次，迫不及待要把水倒进盆子里时，结果我摔了个狗啃泥，水又漏了！我们分析原因，是我们配合不默契，最后大家决定喊口号，步履一致，齐心协力，终于成功地把水倒入了盆中。
虽然最后我们组惨败，但是我们从中懂得了，团结就是力量，一个人可以走得很远，但一个合作的团队会走得更宽更远！

先说酸吧，一到暑假，我就想一次看个够电视，可是妈妈把我的暑假生活排得满满的，上午写老师布置的作业和家长布置的'作业，下午就去姑姑家补英语，只有晚上才能看一个多小时电视，一到时间她就把电视关了。有一天，妈妈下班回来，工作很累，倒床就睡，于是我就偷偷地打开电视一看就看到十二点多，第二天被妈妈训了一顿，心里酸溜溜的，真不是滋味。
甜是最开心的，八月份的一天，哥哥姐姐弟弟们都到我家来玩，我兴奋极了，我们在一起又是打牌，又是下棋，玩得可开心了。我们还一起去夫子庙玩，在那里吃了好多小吃，嘴一直动个不停，我们四个人还玩碰碰车的，两人一辆车子，有时好几辆车子一下子撞在一起，好玩极了，我们几个玩得满头大汗，真希望每天都像今天一样甜滋滋的。
苦，每天一大早起来都要坐半个小时的车子去姑姑家补课，补完了做练习题，做完练习题就写暑假作业，累极了，晚上回家，连最喜欢看的电视节目也不高兴看了，我现在体会到妈妈为什么会累得倒床就睡。
说到辣，是我记得最清楚的。那天，我想帮妈妈做家务，于是我就洗碗，因为碗太多了，我要搬到碗柜的时候，一不小心，把碗全打碎了我吓了一大跳，觉得脸火辣辣的，感觉心一下子提到噪子那里，眼泪不知不觉被吓了出来。我赶忙把这些碎片拾起还一不小心把手划破了，我心里就像有块石头一样，不知该怎么办才好。
生活就是有酸甜苦辣才有意思，就算我没有出去玩，没有去旅游，但我还是很开心的。

妈妈的叫声瞬间把一家人都吸引过来，大家很有默契地开始一起围堵它。松鼠看到这样的阵势，毫不示弱，它如火箭般地蹿到了卫生间里。舅妈让哥哥赶紧把门关上。这时我心想：哈哈，这下看你往哪里跑！谁知，待我和妈妈进去之后，那家伙早已没了踪影。舅妈说可能顺着墙爬上去，从出风口跑掉了，我顿时有点小失落。本想着捉住它，看看它的`真实面貌，跟姐姐一起好好研究研究：想看它是怎样爬墙、爬树的，想看它是怎样打洞的`，想看它是怎样运送和储存食物的，还想看它那小嘴是怎样啃坚果的……想让书里描写的关于它的特征一一得到证实。这么好的机会就这样从我眼前溜走了，呜呜呜。
此时此刻，好想拥有一个本领呀——捉松鼠！

On a crisp autumn afternoon, my sister, father, and mother went to Jinling Park.
Entering the park, the cool and refreshing atmosphere swept over my face. There are plastic runways, mushroom houses, red cultural corridors, calligraphy and painting academies, leisure sports fields, lakes and pavilions, verdant grass, bright flowers, and tall poplar trees in the park. The graceful weeping willows and blue sky are reflected in the lake, creating a beautiful scenery that makes people feel relaxed and happy, leaving them lingering.
The main square of the park has built a beautiful five storey attic with White Marble railings. On the ground of the square, there are various relief patterns looming. What surprised me most was the silver city map made of purple copper on the ground, which attracted many tourists to find their parents location. On the lawn next to the square, there are adorable pandas, colorful butterflies, cute little yellow people, and tall and realistic giraffes. They are really cute!
To the east of the park is the beautiful Jingou River, with a dam every other distance. Each layer is lower than the other, and the water slowly flows down from above. We sat on a stone, with many dragonflies flying back and forth on the water, and small fish swimming back and forth in the water. The breeze blew by, and the river shimmered with ripples, creating layers of beauty!
Jinling Park is really a great place for leisure, a great place for children to play, and a beautiful business card for us!

一个秋高气爽的下午，我和妹妹还有爸爸妈妈去金岭公园。
走进公园，满园的清凉扑面而来。公园内有塑胶跑道、蘑菇屋、红色文化长廊、书画院、休闲运动场、湖泊和楼阁、翠绿的小草、鲜艳的花朵和高大的白杨树，婀娜多姿的垂柳和蓝蓝的天空倒映在湖中，构成了一幅美丽的景色，让人心旷神怡，流连忘返。
公园的主广场建造了一栋漂亮的五层阁楼，汉白玉砌成的'栏杆，广场的地面上有各种浮雕图案若隐若现，最让我惊讶的是地面上用紫色的铜制作的白银市地图，吸引了很多游客，在寻找自己家长的.位置。广场旁边的草坪上有憨态可掬的熊猫，五彩斑斓的蝴蝶，萌萌的小黄人，还有高大逼真的长颈鹿，它们真是可爱极了！
公园的东边就是美丽的金沟河，每隔一段距离就有一个堤坝，一层比一层低，水从高处缓慢流下。我们坐在石头上，有许多蜻蜓在水面上飞来飞去，还有小鱼在水里游来游去。微风吹过，河水波光粼粼，泛起一层层波纹，真是太漂亮了！
金岭公园真是休闲的好场所，是孩子们玩耍的好地方，是我们白银一张美丽的名片！
Heavy rain on Tuesday, August 8th
It finally rained heavily today, and the weather suddenly became much cooler. In the morning, my dad and I went to the store, and halfway through it, it suddenly started to rain heavily again. I vigorously brushed the outside first, then the inside. However, there were several areas that couldnt be cleaned, and the shoes were still dirty. So I turned off the faucet and sprinkled laundry detergent on the surface of the shoes. Then I used the brush to brush back and forth with force. I brushed many bubbles on the shoes, which were black and really dirty, indicating how dirty my shoes were, Its been a long time since I did it. If it werent for the rain getting wet today, I might not have done it yet. So I sprinkled laundry detergent on both shoes and vigorously brushed each one until it was clean, inside and outside. I turned on the faucet, placed my shoes on the flowing water head, and washed them clean. As I washed them, I used a shoe brush to brush them again. Soon, my shoes were completely wiped clean by me. I picked up my shoes and looked at them. They didnt look as black and dirty as before, and there was still a scent of laundry detergent left. I took my shoes to the balcony and found a ventilated place to dry them.
Watching the shoes I personally washed so clean makes me feel so happy. I will often wash my shoes in the future.
8月8日星期二大雨
今天终于下大雨了，天气也一下子凉快了很多。早上我跟爸爸去店里，走到半路天忽然又下大啦，我们就加快步走了，这雨是一下子就大了起来，等我们跑到店里的时候，衣服也湿了，鞋子直接成水鞋了。
中午回来家，我就准备把鞋子刷刷，我先把早上的湿鞋子拎进浴室，用自来水冲了一下，我又找来鞋刷、小板凳、洗衣粉，准备工作已做好了，我就开始刷鞋子了。我把水龙头打开，一边冲一边刷，我就用力的刷，先把外面刷刷，再刷里面，可是有几个地方怎么也刷不干净，鞋上还是脏的，于是我就把水龙头关掉，把洗衣粉洒在鞋的表面，然后就用刷子用力的刷，来回地刷，鞋子上被我刷出了好多泡泡，这些泡泡都是黑的真脏，这也说明我的鞋子有多脏，已经好久没刷了，要不是今天被雨淋湿，我可能还不刷呢。就这样我把两只鞋子都洒了洗衣粉，每只都用力的刷，直到干净为止，里里外外都给我刷干净了。我就把水龙头打开，把鞋子放在流动的水头上冲干净，一边冲我就一边用鞋刷再刷刷，很快我的鞋子就被我刷的干干净净。我把鞋子拿起来看了看一点也不像以前那黑黑的脏兮兮的了，而且还留有洗衣粉的.香味呢。我就鞋子拿到阳台找个通风的地方给它吹干。
看着自己亲手洗的鞋子这么干净，心里别提有多高兴了。以后我要经常洗洗我的鞋子。
