　　Everyone possesses their own unique interests and hobbies - these activities may bring immense joy and pleasure. Personally, I find listening to music to be my favorite pastime.

When I was young, I relished listening to various genres of music, especially cartoon soundtracks. Despite my lack of expertise, music has always been my escape from reality. Whenever I was faced with challenges or obstacles, music helped me calm down. Whenever I felt fatigued, music rejuvenated me. Moreover, music aided in lifting my spirits whenever I felt unhappy or frustrated. Listening to music always kept me in good spirits and was beneficial to my well-being.
