演讲稿的写作格式：
1、顶格写称谓语(如：亲爱的老师)
2、下一行空两格写问候(如：大家好)
3、正文
4、结尾(如：谢谢大家)
讲演稿的结构由标题、称呼和正文三部分构成。
(1)标题。
讲演稿的标题无固定格式，一般有四种类型。
1)揭示主题型，如《人应该有奉献精神》。
2)揭示内容型，如《在省科技工作会议的讲话》。
3)提出问题型，如《当代大学生应具备什么素质》。
4)思考问题型，如《象牙塔与蜗牛庐》。
(2)称呼。
提行顶格加冒号，根据受听对象和讲演内容需要决定称呼。常用“同志们：”“朋友们：”等，也可加定语渲染气氛，如“年轻的朋友们：”等。
(3)正文。
正文由开头语、主体和结语三部分构成。
1)开头语。
开头语的任务是吸引听众、引出下文。有六种形式：
A、由背景和问候、感谢语开始;
B、概括讲演内容或揭示中心论点;
C、从讲演题目谈起;
D、从讲演缘由引起;E、从另件事引入正题;F、用发人深思问题开头。
2)主体。
主体即中心内容。一般有三种类型：
A、记叙性讲演稿。以对人物事件的叙述和生活画面描述行文;
B、议论性讲演稿。以典型事例和理论为论据，用逻辑方式行文，用观点说服听众;
C、抒情性讲演稿。用热烈抒情性语言表明观点，以情感人，说服听众，寓情于事、寓情于理、寓情于物。
3)结语。
是讲演能否走向成功的关键，常用总结全文，加深印象;提出希望，给人鼓舞;表示决心，誓言结束;照应题目，完整文意等方法在激动人心的结语中结束全文。

歌里唱得好，“总是让心声充满期待，总是让梦想连着未来，我们的心海，是一首纯真浪漫的歌谣，是一条绚丽缤纷的彩带，是跳跃着不知疲倦的音符，是播种着充满希望的未来”。作为一代青年人，我们正好处在一生中最美的年龄里。
青，是生命的颜色，春，是成长的季节，而青春则是人生季节中最旖旎绚烂的光景。那么，沐浴在如斯的光景中，我们，该有怎样的作为呢?
有一位哲人说过：“梦里走了许多路，醒来还是在床上。”它形象地告诉我们：人不能躺在梦幻式的理想中生活。“与其临渊羡鱼，不如退而结网”，“千里之行，始于足下，”都在诉我们切莫空想，要从点滴开始做起，把理想真正赋予实际行动中。
过去我将学习放在第一位，上课时认真听课，坚持记笔记，课下常在自习室自习，也经常会去图书馆看书，拓展自己的知识。如今我深刻的认识到时间的珍贵，所以我努力抓住每一天，去充实自己，锻炼自己。在平时，我也没有放弃参加课外活动。演讲比赛、书法比赛、英语竞赛、辩论赛等我都投入其中，和别人的合作过程，我感受到了团队的力量，这些活动更是培养了我的兴趣爱好，提升了个人素养和专业技能。接下来我会一如既往的努力，改正缺点，让自己变得更优秀，让大学生活更精彩。

大家好!
这是一个炎热的夏季，持续月余的高温和干旱，使得我生活的这座城市燥热难安。河畔的垂柳蔫了，苗圃的花儿萎了，就连广场上人工种养的草，尽管不时有人喷水，仍显得面黄肌瘦，弱不禁风。当我被暑气所逼，下楼来散散心时，围墙边那株扎根瓦砾、头顶烈日的野草，便定格在我的眼中。
这是一簇怎样的草啊!在这遍是水泥砖石、连小蚂蚁都难觅踪迹的地方，它就这样倔强地生长出来。在它的身旁，既没有鲜花的陪伴，也没有灌木的依托，连它的草类同伴也没有，就那样三五棵，簇拥在一起，你依着我，我靠着你，共同迎接烈日的考验。
没有谁会给它浇水，更没有谁会给它施肥，那漫天飞舞的花蝴蝶，都不愿在它身旁做哪怕短暂的停歇。它没有条件生长娇嫩的叶片，可那细瘦的薄叶，片片精神抖擞，那细小的叶脉告诉你，它生存该是多么的艰难。它那部分露在地面的根须，因生存环境的贫瘠，显得坚韧而苍老，但却似柔韧而又坚强的钢筋，向下、向下，一点一点地收集生长所需要的营养。
它仿佛在无声地向你诉说，生机是这样地不可扼制，生命竟是这样的顽强和珍贵。我知道它要向我倾诉什么。无比困厄的环境，无以想象的艰难，无与伦比的勇气，给在红尘俗世中挣扎、跌落、失意的人们以启迪、暗示和鼓舞，生命就是拼搏，就是战胜自己，锤炼自己，升华自己。
我在想，生于斯长于斯的这株野草，一定是那不定的风把那无家可归的种子吹送而来，当它面对的不再是黑黝黝的泥土，便把全部的希望寄托在墙角旮旯里，它珍爱每一束阳光，珍爱每一滴雨露，甚至珍爱每一缕无微不至却又无处不在的清风。当它迎风霜、顶烈日、遭雨雪，而终于挺身而出焕发生命时，又使周遭的环境有了灵气，让那些生长在广袤田野的同宗相形见绌，黯然失色。春绿秋黄，岁岁枯荣。当严冬来临，它就蛰伏地下，悄悄地积蓄力量，等到来年第一缕春风来临，它又会“春风吹又生”，最早向人们报告春的消息。而一旦将它移植到肥沃的土地上，一定会比那些习惯于和风丽日、未经受艰辛考验的同类显示出更强大的生命力。这是生命过程限度的展示，这是有限的生命对无限的理想境界苦苦追求的辉煌展现
任何一个热爱生命、珍爱生命的人们，难道会在这样的情景面前无动于衷?面对这样顽强坚韧的小草、这样知难不惧的小草，面对这样令人扼腕感叹的生命奇迹，我的心灵受到了极大的震撼和洗礼，感到生命无比充实浑厚，灵魂无比高尚健全……在这样的时刻，任何言语表达都显得苍白无力。
属于人的生命，也只有一次。在这短暂的生命历程中，交织着矛盾和痛苦，充满着求索和艰辛，遍布着荆棘和坎坷，这正如那不为人知、寂寞生长的野草，只有异常沉重的付出，才能换来无比丰硕的甜美。渺小与伟大、可悲与丰富、失意与重塑、挫折与幸运……只有珍爱生命，把握自己，才能抛弃渺小、可悲、失意和挫折，拥抱伟大、丰富、重塑和幸运。要知道，生命是这样的可贵，连小草也在不断挑战极限、完善自我呵!

微笑，它能使人快乐;微笑，它能使人满血复活;微笑，还能令人走上人生的高峰。
我曾看见过一个场景，一名警察正在井然有序地指挥马路上的车辆。一个一年级的女孩站在十字路口的一边，犹豫不决，我不禁在心里责备她的母亲，这样一个还未懂事的小孩，怎么能将她一人丢在马路边。就在我这么想时，那位警察走向了女孩，脸上显得有些严肃，不知跟她说了些什么，女孩便变得有些惧怕。忽然，警察笑了，小女孩愣了一愣，不再犹豫和恐惧，高高兴兴地跟着警察走过了马路。也许，微笑就有这样的魔力。
大街上有许多走着的人，有你认识的，也有跟你没有任何关系的，有温和的，有严肃，还有暴力的。
记得有一回，我遇到了这样一位既温和又亲切的人。那时我十岁，母亲同意我一个人与同学玩耍，走进商场，里面是一派热闹的场景，走来走去，也没有见到同学的身影，这时，有一位服务员阿姨面带自然的微笑朝我走来，可我心中一直记得母亲对我说的话，“不能和任何不熟悉的人说话”，因此，我依旧不张嘴，可当我看见这位阿姨如此地亲切时，不禁说了一句：“我想找同学。”可能她听懂了我的话，将我带到了同学旁边。从那时起，微笑帮助了我学会如何辨别好人与坏人。
生活，因微笑而精彩，如果每一个人都能像故事中的人物一样，面带微笑的话，一定会使生活更精彩。

it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected. not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.
frankly speaking, i don’t quite agree with , we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions. (examples).but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture. there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.
with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture. only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us.
at last i’d like to share a famouse saying of gandhi with all of you ,that is:if you want to change the world, then you must change yourself first.”

I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with ,I want to ask a question .Does everybody dream a good dream last night? Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want to talk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.
Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners,we can chart our course by them. With the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer the dream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.
I have a dream: To be a doctor.，because doctor may relieve the pain of patients. May let the human change the health. At the same time, I believed that, those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully. Therefore, I hoped in the near future ,I might be a doctor.
But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .
Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If I can't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder." In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.
Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. Let's--- move ----out!
