尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：
大家好!
我今天演讲的题目是：青春的追求。
作为新一代的我们的理想是丰富的，我们对未来充满热情。但是，我们却不得不承认，现实是骨感的!因为青春不仅仅需要热情，同时也需要一颗求实进取的心。
社会就像个大舞台，站在其上表演的人有之，站在台下鼓掌的人却占多数。但是，为什么我们不去表演呢?我们有大好的青春，我们应当用青春去追求自己的梦想，让它不再那么遥不可及。
追求梦想的路就是一条荆棘路，但是我们要有着无畏的精神，勇敢的走下去。我想起这样一群人来，他们那一代人，多诞生于民国时期，他们比任何一代人都多一份焦虑、困惑与希望。可是，他们并未退缩，而是用青春书写下了历史上的胜利时刻，他们为了国家与自己的梦想付出了青春，用整个青春去追求它并完成它。他们都在这条光荣的荆棘路上奔跑，不做路边鼓掌的人。
我们才刚刚升入初中，我们的青春路才刚刚开始，我记得有一句话是这样说的：“自己选择的路，跪着也要走下去!”真的很励志。
我们为了自己的梦想而奋斗，因为我们有资本——青春。青春就是我们的本钱，我们就应该用青春去做自己想做的事，做自己应该做的事。
总而言之，言而总之，我们正处少年时期，我们应该有自己的目标、追求和梦想，在有限的青春中完成它，并一丝不苟。
没有追求的青春是遗憾的，是不完美的，所以，青春的追求不需要多远大，不需要多惊天动地，只要有过追求，便是美满的。
最后，同学们，请用自己有限的青春去做自己想做的事吧，别害怕，无畏的走下去，你的青春就不会虚度!你的人生就不会有遗憾!

years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
whether sixty or sixteen, there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonder, the unfailing child-like appetite of what's next, and the joy of the game of living. in the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long are you young.
when the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at twenty, but as long as your aerials are up, to catch the waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at eighty.
Good morning,ladies and gentlemen,today i am so happy to stand here to give you a rather, a real story of mine.
Though with time going by,i can still remember what you once told should be a brave ,you looked into my in,year out,nearly most of my memories are fading little by only this simple sentence remained,without being forgotten in my life.
Again and again,i can not stop myself from thinking about ordinary,but so impressive,so moving,just like the brightest sunshine,it helps me go through the darkest am such a sensitive girl in your said,my sorroful facial expression made feel so ,there is one thing i never tell you,that is ,i am becoming a big girl gradually with your words and never tell you about it,for i believe oneday,you can see the great changes of mine for is what i want to do in i know,that will be the best gift for you.
I suddenly think of a song named MY HEART WILL GO is a beautiful sentence going like are safe in my than once,i was moved to tears by know ,i am also safe in your have already forgotten when i told you i was going to leave for Australia this summer just smiled as usual,gently you decide to do,i will be in favor of it,but, just onething,remember,when you fell lonely abroad,do not forget we are here ,praying for are all around you,far across the distance and space between closed my eyes,the flashback memories we had together,once we played games on the palyground,we played jokes on each other,you always wrote a lot of sentences on my articles to encourage the most unforgetable thing,you told me,you believed m i could be a big or later.
At that specific moment,i suddenly understood the meaning of this sentence on that day,i smiled as you used to,looking at last words i said were,keep walking in sunshine.
Yes,keep walking in said to you ,also to know i am not alone wiht your company,and we can keep walking in sunshine till the last minute of our days.
I promise,i will be a big girl.

亲爱的同学们：
今天我要演讲的题目是：怎样抓住成功!
想要抓住成功，第一个必不可少的因素是：做好充分的准备!正所谓：成功总是留给有准备的人!这个道理可能大家都懂，但又有谁真正的体会过呢?而我，就在上大学后体会到了这个道理!来到南华，我经历了两次大型的面试。第一次，我去面试南华院学生会干部。那时候，我什么都没有准备，就连最基本的自我介绍，我都没有事先准备好!因此，那次面试，我失败了!第二次，是去面试系学生会干部，有了前次失败的经验，这次的面试，我准备了自我介绍的内容，加以反复的练习。每当有空的时候，我就会想面试评委可能问我的问题，对假想出来的问题，列出详细的回答，并且多次过目准备好的东西。结果，第二次面试，我成功了!经历了这两次的面试，我体会到了：抓住成功，你就必须要有充分的准备。
可能我个人的经历，并不能很好的说明成功总是留给有准备的人。那么，我给大家讲一个故事! 有位学者某日去报告厅为当地企业家培训班作学术报告，当他走进报告厅时台下早已坐满听课的经理和领导们。便急忙走上讲台，从包中取出软盘插入多谋体教学工作台的微机中。不巧，电脑打不开这软盘，台下引起几许私语声。这位学者忙笑说：大家别急，我的讲稿同时下在u盘里。边说边取出u盘插入电脑，可惜电脑读不出u盘。行来台下一阵议论。学者忙说：这台电脑是连网的，我的讲稿也存入我邮箱中，待我上网打开邮箱咱们照样可以讲座。于是便上网查到自已邮箱。倒霉的是他的邮箱今天也打不开了，这时台下一片哗然。学者苦 笑道：今天真是怪了，怎么不顺都赶到一块了?不过大家先不必着急，我还带来移动硬盘了，硬盘里我也备份了讲仪。说罢取出移动硬盘接好，投影屏上终于显示出讲仪标题：成功来源于充分的准备。此刻台下响起热烈的掌声。这个故事启发我们，只要我们做好准备，就等于向成功迈进了一步!
当然，做好了准备，并不一定能抓住成功!抓住成功还需要另外一个重要的因素。这个重要的因素是什么呢?我再跟大家讲一个故事，你们就会知道了
一天猎人带着猎狗去打猎。猎人一枪击中一只兔子的后腿，受伤的兔子开始拼命地奔跑。猎狗在猎人的指示下也是飞奔去追赶兔子。可是追着追着，兔子跑不见了，猎狗只好悻悻地回到猎人身边，猎人开始骂猎狗了：“你真没用，连一只受伤的兔子都追不到!”猎狗听了很不服气地回道:“我尽力而为了呀!”再说兔子带伤跑回洞里，它的兄弟们都围过来惊讶地问它：“那只猎狗很凶呀!你又带了伤，怎么跑得过它的?”“它是尽力而为，我是全力以赴呀!它没追上我，最多挨一顿骂，而我若不全力地跑我就没命了呀!”人本来是有很多潜能的，但是我们往往会对自己或别人找借口：“管它呢?我们已尽力而为了。”事实上尽力而为是远远不够的，尤其是现在这个竞争激烈的年代。必须常常问自己，我今天是尽力而为的猎狗，还是全力以赴的兔子呢?
相信大家都清楚了抓住成功的两个因素!想成功的同学，就要从现在开始做好准备，并且全力以赴吧!

"modern and advanced"? this society forgets, and ignores the other two thirds of human beings. it's far from the ideal! we call ideal as a utopian, a place where reality does not eist. a few people still look forward to the ideals. we make fun of them, considering they are naive. will we still be content to live in such a society, if misfortune drops to us? no! of cause not!
when we feel the warmth of the sun, these people, endure great sorrows and pains. can we imagine that? they are our brother and sisters!
facing them, will we still complain about our own misfortune?
facing them, will we still have the mood shouting for our own freedom? facing them, will we still want to have more and more unnecessary stuff?
they are unable to meet their needs, even the basic needs of survival! everyone, as a member of humanity, shouldn't feel ashamed? our luury deprived their lives, our indifference violated our soul, and our barbarity destroyed human civilization!
what's the ideal society? it's a society no one worries about their living, a society no one is refused from education, a society everyone can pursue his/her own happiness! the ideal society is filled with love, joy and kindness. in that society, we can touch the other's hearts, we can share our dreams and most important, we can just be the true men!
let's break the ethnic divide, bridge the gap between rich and poor, hand in hand, to build a great wall, protecting us from evil; to construct a steady bridge, connecting reality to the ideal society! let's pursue for that, that's the only way to the bright future! they are watching us! thank you!

Leo Tolstoy once said, everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.
He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand that changes the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. We are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them. But, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more!
In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.
If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!
So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!
