  教学内容:

  Unit11 Clothes Lesson Three.

  教学目标:

  1、Vocabulary:umbrella, violin, watermelon, watch.

  2、Find and color. Trace and match.

  教学目标的检测途径 通过Find and color. Trace and match.来检查学生的掌握程度。

  重点难点:

  Listen and say the words .

  Understand using the words.

  突破教学难点的方法 通过单词、图片的对比进行巩固,umbrella比较难读,利用实物呈现。

  教具准备:

  recorder, tape, pictures, slide show, computer.

  教学过程:

  一、Warm-up

  1、Sing the song .“ Its a dress.”( Page 37 of Book 2 )

  2、Greetings.

  T: Hello. Good morning, boys and girls.

  Ss: Hello. Good morning , Miss Liu.

  T: Nice to meet you.

  Ss: Nice to meet you,too.

  3、Review the words and sentences.

  T: Whats this?

  Ss: Its a dress / shirt/ sweater.

  T: What are these?

  Ss: They are pants / shoes /socks.

  二、新课呈现(Presentation)

  1.T:Its rain ,open up your……?让学生说下雨了怎么办?打开什么?Look at the picture with the computer. Umbrella.Listen and say .打开雨伞让学生逐一说,小组说.

  T:Look at the umbrella .Does it look like a star? A square? Ss:No ,it a circle. T: Yes,Look at the umbrella Its round, round, round. 板书,教说学习round.学生看教室内的物品说什么是round.

  2.T:Look at the picture with the computer. Trace and match.Is it round?Listen and say . T:Look at the watch. Its round, round, round.

  3.呈现watermelonT:Look at the picture with the computer. Trace and watermelon. Is it round? T:Look at the watermelon Its round, round, round.

  4.T:Look the violin. Its not round.

  5、Play a guessing game:Ask and answer. What is it?

  当前在中学生中吸烟现象比较常见,课本内容接近学生生活,对学生有教育意义,容易激发学生的学习热情,易于展开讨论。

  二、教材分析

  本课是高一必修2第二模块里的一篇阅读课(Reading),出自外语教学与研究出版社出版的高中英语学生用书。在第一课Introduction里面初步接触和学习了描写抽烟、吸毒及其危害性的词语,这一课Reading是上文的延续。本课Reading实际上分为两篇文章,第一篇主要讲述了一个吸毒者和他的故事;第二篇主要讲述了使用的危害。

  三、设计思路

  本堂课采用任务型教学途径,这种途径是以应用为动力,以应用为目的,以应用为核心(为用而学,用中学,学了用)的教学途径。任务型教学是一种以人为本的,能体现语言价值的,先进的、有效的教学途径。学生带着任务学习,在完成任务的过程中逐渐生成的知识,形成的技能。本课将通过任务型教学,努力达到课堂活动目的。

  四、教学目标

  1、让学生学习另一些介绍抽烟及其危害性的词语。

  2、通过阅读包括这些词汇的两篇文章并做寻找文章和所属段落的关系以及回答问题,判断正误等方式,培养联想、理解、前后联系能力和逻辑分析能力。

  五、教学重点和难点

  1、理解有关吸毒及其危害的知识,找出段落和文章的从属关系。

  2、培养阅读时的联想、理解、前后联系的能力和逻辑分析能力。

  3、阅读的同时也培养学生运用所学的词汇进行语言交际的能力。

  六、教学辅助手段

  CAI课件,录音机。

  【教学设计】

  本课是初中英语新目标七年级上册Unit 3的巩固练习课,一节英语课教学设计。通过本单元新授课的学习,学生们已基本把握了对人的外貌的描述;学会了谈论身高、体重、发型、面部特征及着装特点;能够简单地表达自己的观点或好恶。但大部分学生不能系统的将本单元的知识内容与技能整合;学生对本单元"知识建构"的熟悉还不够完善,综合能力还有待进步。因此,本节课将立足于此,进一步巩固所学内容,利用听说读写多种练习方式,结合以前所学内容,包括年龄,职业,爱好等,使学生能够流利地对自己和别人进行更具体详尽的先容。为此,我设计了几个既科学又有趣的任务与活动,充分调动学生的积极性,激发其学英语的爱好,发挥其主体性地位,让学生在真实的语境中习得英语,运用英语。这样既切合了"learn by doing"的教学理念,又达到了"学以致用"的教学目的。

  【教学目标】

  1.Review the vocabulary and patterns of describing people's looks.

  (long hair/short hair;straight hair/curly hair;tall/short;heavy/thin;medium height/build…)

  2.Have the students try to talk more about people.

  【教学过程】

  Step 1Leading-in Begin the class with apiece of music named"掀起你的盖头来".Then have one student sing the song for class.According to the song,let the students imagine what the girl in the song looks like.Show the Teaching Aims--Let's go on talking about people's looks.

  Step 2Revision(Show pictures of famous actors and students in class.Using the pictures,the students practice the vocabulary and patterns in this unit.)

  Student:He is tall.

  Show pictures of the students who wears glasses/has abeard/in ared coat.to review the following patterns.

  Step 3Presentation(Section A;3a)

  1.Listen to the descriptions of the four classmates.Match them with the pictures.

  2.Have the students read the passages carefully and try to recite them.

  3.Sum-up--How do we describe aperson after reading the four passages of"Part 3a".

  (Answer:We can talk about aperson's hair/build/height/clothes/beard/hobby.)

  Step 4Guessing game 1.Have one student as avolunteer come to the front of the classroom.Make sure he can't see the picture showed on the screen.

  2.Show apicture and let the volunteer guess who is it.Others can help him by describing the person in the picture.

  3.Change volunteers.The one who can guess it quickly will be the winner.

  He can do Chinese kung fu.

  2.Students describe the model;They can write down what they want to say;and choose aspeaker to show their descriptions of the model.

  3.Both the model and the speaker come to the front of the classroom.One walks as amodel;the other describes.

  Step 6Writing/Homework Imagine what you will look like when you are 30 years old.Try to write the description of yourself.

  【教学反思】

  本课基本达到了预期的"巩固训练"的目标,学生积极性高,参与面广,学习效果很好,教案《一节英语课教学设计》。美中不足--温习环节有些拖沓,难易度层次不清;Model show环节,放得开,没收拢。
